Registration

Registration is required for all participants.

It covers the expenses for welcome reception, attendance, lunches and poster session cocktail, coffe breaks, the book of abstracts and program, and conference bags.

 Taxes are included.

The deadline for the early bird registration is the 15th of February.

The dedline for the abstract submission is the 15th of March.

The abstract need to be written using the following template.

To submit the abstract please create a new account or login (if you have already an account), and use "My submissions" area.

To participate to the Gala dinner it is neccessary to pay an additional 80 euros (academics and industrials). For the students the fee is 30 euros.

To obtain a formal letter of invitation, please contact the organizers and indicate the information required in the letter.
